LILLEY: Libs shoot themselves in foot over SNC-Lavalin scandal | Toronto Sun
Michael Wernick is out, Jody Wilson-Raybould still can’t speak out and Justin Trudeau appointed a leading Liberal to investigate his own Liberals.
That was just part of Monday when it comes to the latest on the SNC-Lavalin scandal.
On Tuesday there will be more.
You would think after six weeks the Liberals would be getting a handle on this file, instead they seem to keep it alive and keep people talking about allegations that they wanted two-tiered justice for a well-connected company.
Citing the need for Canadians to “have faith in their institutions and the people who serve within them,” Trudeau announced in the House of Commons that he was appointing one-time Liberal cabinet minister Anne McLellan as a special advisor.
