According to the court, Xavier met a local woman in February 2013 at a bar and hormone-charged hijinks ensued.
But just after their interaction concluded, he was found dead in his hotel room.
Now, labour officials say the death should be classified as an “accident du travail.” That means money for his survivors — up to 80% of his salary.
His company argued against the decision but in the end, lost. They claimed his heart attack was not connected to his job.
Authorities ruled that because he was travelling for work he remained TSO’s responsibility.
