Peel Regional Police are hunting at least one gunman after a shooting in Brampton early Tuesday, March 27.
The incident occurred outside a townhouse complex near Kayak Heights and New Pines Trail, in the area of Bovaird Drive East and Highway 410, shortly before 1 a.m.
Police say multiple vehicles were struck by the gunfire but the vehicles were unoccupied. No injuries have been reported.
Heavily-armed tactical officers and police dogs responded but no arrests have been made.
The gunman, wearing black clothing, was seen running away, police said.
The incident woke up several residents in the neighbourhood.
“We heard several shots,” said Kate Barnaby on Instagram.
