I think I’d look rather jaunty in a yellow vest, yellow sneakers and a yellow fedora. Bring it on.

Jacking up gasoline prices is good. Makes you all start thinking about buying a car that doesn’t use Saudi Arabian go juice. Force your friendly neighbourhood Camel Jockey into bankruptcy buy a Nissan Leaf.

That’s great for the citiots but the rest of us live in the real world where electric cars are useless beyond being a summer play toy.

What do you want? A cold hardy SUV or a Pickup? They have those in an EV format as well. But, they won’t be Made in Ontario thanks to Dougie chasing away the Chinese manufacturer. Instead, the factory will be located in a closed down GM plant in Warren, Ohio.

Sing with me “Stupid bitch! Stupid bitch Dougie Ford!”

Your online personalities are overlapping onto each other again. Please try and nip that in the bud, it is less entertaining that way.

I like to cultivate that illusion. I’m the crazy guy who the “guests” can never be sure of how he will act. It works…confession is good for the soul

There is always a method to my madness. Ask my batshit crazy mother (don’t let her get her hands on Mr McStabby if you value your life), she craps herself in fear when my brother tells her “Your other son is coming home for a visit.”

I would like to be able to buy an electric car.

I can’t afford it here in BC due to Health care premiums, ripoff car insurance, property taxes going crazy and the doubling of the useless BC Carbon Tax which is increasing Jan 1.
There isn’t a vehicle out there that I can reasonably get in & out of. All too low or too small.

In a few years if an acceptable vehicle becomes available, I plan to burn my car, collect the insurance and buy a taxpayer subsidized electric or hybrid. No point in trading it in 5 or 6 years as it will have no value other than insurance. We pay ICBC double what other Provinces pay so I plan to collect. There are going to be a lot of mysterious car fires in coming years.

The Rivian has just come out. It’s US made and the price starts at $69,000 for the off road version. There are crewcab and SUV versions planned for 2020.

BYD and Foday Xiongshi had planned to purchase the GM plant in Oshawa and build commercial buses, trucks and SUVs there. Dougie killed their plans so they are looking at the GM plant in Ohio. Sticker price on their SUVs and pickups starts at $29,000comment image
