We received the redacted police report from the University of Minnesota police department on this incident, which includes a detailed narrative of the events, and details describing the perpetrators as a “group of Somali juveniles.”
The report describes the two juveniles cited as between the ages of 12 and 15. The two juveniles were cited with misdemeanor fleeing police and disorderly conduct. One of the two juveniles was also charged with misdemeanor false information to police. See Scribd attachment for the report.
