A 30-year-old Stratford woman turned herself in to police hours after Harris died in hospital. Stratford police said the woman has been charged under the Criminal Code but have refused to identify her, citing concerns for her safety.
Stratford police Chief Greg Skinner is permitted by the Police Services Act to withhold the name of an accused.
