“The tactical flight officer determined the laser was coming from an apartment located in the 200 block of 15 Avenue S.E.

When patrol units went to the apartment and knocked on the door, the occupants would not answer the door. Investigators collected additional evidence and later that day, conducted a search warrant on the apartment.

When officers searched the apartment, they found $60,000 worth of methamphetamine; $20,725 in Canadian currency; a Class 3B laser; approximately 20 kg of an unknown substance, suspected to be a cutting agent; a sawed-off shotgun; a Browning .308 Winchester rifle; numerous rounds of ammunition; and other items related to drug trafficking and fraud.”
