We drove the 3 hours straight to Kingston. It is our Daughters 20th (bellybutton) birthday today. We asked her where she wanted to go for breakfast, and she chose … McDonald’s. The McDonald’s on Princess Street smells like homeless people, because it’s always filled with homeless people. But whatever.
We ate, cleaned up, then left. We hung out at her place for an hour or so, then took her over to Costco. Being her birthday, she was allowed to be as “grabby” as she wanted. I still gave her that cheap-assed father glare everytime she threw something into the cart. But she knew.
Then we drove her back to her place, unloaded all her crap, then walked over to the Starbucks on Division, south of Princess. She got her “free” drink, and we took her home.
We left Kingston by 2:30pm, and arrived home around 5:45pm. It was a day well worth the exhaustion. I can’t believe she’s 20 years old!!

He said no, he can’t tell his kids to tone it down. They have to go 100% all the time. I wanted to punch his teeth in.
