Read the Story The federal government is throwing stones at Alberta’s latest move toward health care reform. SecondStreet.org President Colin Craig was asked by the National Post to weigh in on the issue. Read the extract below: ‘Colin Craig, president of Calgary-based think tank SecondStreet.org says it would be challenging for the federal government to slap Alberta with discretionary penalties, when Quebec has effectively had two-tier health care for the past two decades. Article content “The feds would basically be conceding that, when it comes to health care, Quebecers have more rights than everybody else in the country,” said Craig.
