The Republican National Committee (RNC) released a digital advertisement Wednesday displaying some of the lengths that members of the left have been driven to in the era of President Donald Trump.
Accompanied by a backdrop of ominous music, the ad begins with Democratic leaders calling for Americans to rise up and take action against the government.
Democratic New Jersey Sen. Cory Booker is shown begging an audience to “get up in the face of some congresspeople,” followed by DNC Chairman Tom Perez shouting that Republican leaders “don’t give a sh*t.”
“If you see anybody from [Trump’s] cabinet in a restaurant, in a department store, at a gasoline station, you get out and you created a crowd,” Rep. Maxine Waters commands to a crowd of bystanders. (RELATED: Dem Senator Makes Stunning Admission About Protests During Kavanaugh Hearing)
House minority leader Nancy Pelosi comments among a montage of left-wing protesters shouting down politicians and destroying public property, “I just don’t even know why there aren’t uprisings all over the country.”
The ad was release as progressives have gained attention for riotously protesting the confirmation of Judge Brett Kavanaugh during the Senate Judiciary Committee hearing. More than 70 protesters have been arrested during the first two days of the hearing.
“While people inside the beltway focus on palace intrigue and anonymous quotes, this ad focuses on what the media will not: Democrats have gone crazy and aren’t hiding it,” Steve Guest, spokesman for the RNC told The Daily Caller News Foundation. “Republicans will continue to deliver for American people while Democrats have become completely unhinged.”
